Pale yellow-green, a silver sheen, with a very fine mousse. Subtle fresh herbs, fine yellow tropical fruit, some apple, a hint of lime zest. Light-footed, white apple, a fresh acidity, a lemony touch, with a mineral aftertaste, in a lively style.
