Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 16.08.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Dense aroma, lots of savouriness: tobacco box, sloe, dark cherry, liquorice, dried herbs, bay leaf, rosemary stalks and juniper berries. Broad on the palate, with good substance that reflects the warm year. Full-bodied without being too broad. Ripe, structuring tannins; savoury on the long finish.
