Herbal aroma, lemon balm, basil, dried oregano, mint, fine caraway, hay, apples, pears, white pomelo, rock flour. Slender on the palate, linear, herbal, pear pulp, tart apple peel, distinctive, subtle hints of saké, nutty notes, marked by its provenance, limestone is clearly noticeable, good flow.
