Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Black cherry and blackberry on the nose, some cranberry, wood and spice. Compactly composed. On the palate there is pleasant spice, sour cherries, grippy tannins, lively acidity the acidity which leads competently, not too lush, slight astringency. Great with roast venison.
