Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Fine wood notes on the nose, spice, some vanilla, apple, pear, apricot and flowers. Compact and rather broad on the palate, full-bodied and rich in extract, the wood and the acidity are well integrated, a hint of spice, dry and with fine minerality. Young with potential.
