The rosé »Rosé« Cabernet Sauvignon, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Holz-Weisbrodt has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Cream colour with old pink shimmer. A scent of red currant, freshly cut strawberry and Dextro Energy. In the mouth the wine has juiciness and lively acidity, it seems pleasantly light and accessible, quite vivid fruit gives volume. There are slightly tactile mineral notes, supported by a pinch of carbonic acid.
