Pastel pink in the glass. Spicy and fruity on the nose, raspberry, strawberry, plum, fresh bell pepper. On the palate it shows slender and dancing, lively acidity gives the fruit a lot of juiciness and freshness carried by sweetness, supported by a little carbonic acid, with a fine mineral in the background, stimulating to drink.
