Dried strawberry on the nose, rhubarb, raspberry, redcurrant, fine savouriness. Fresh and fruity on the palate, again red berry fruit interplaying with sweetness and refreshing acidity as well as fine mousse, elegant and juicy, lovely as an aperitif, but also with food.
