Concentrated and dense on the nose, yellow apple, ripe pineapple and lemons, chamomile blossom, lemongrass, chalky notes, subtle woody spice. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate with ever more mineral spice, creamy base of ripe fruit, fine phenolics and delicate acidity, long, culinary type.
