Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.11.2011

Medium ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, broad watery rim. Fine bouquet of black berries on the nose, a hint of purple fruit, orange zest, bouquet of spices, multi-faceted. Juicy, elegant, fine extracted sweetness, fine tannins, full-bodied cherry fruit, delicate caramel flavour on the finish, lingers for a long time, mineral-chocolate aftertaste, certain ageing potential.
