The red wine »vom Keupergrund Reserve« trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Idler has been rated in 2017 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Württemberg in Germany.
It has a radiant red colour. There is a discreet oaky spiciness, with raspberry fruit, cassis, Dextro Energen berry aromas, and some liquorice. On the palate the large volume is well-filled, with a finely grained tannic impression, and a ripe supporting acidity, and there is a nice freshness, good tension, and it finishes with a juicy resolution.
