Tasting Notes
On the nose there is a nutty oakiness, along with a hint of butterscotch, some honeysuckle and raisin, a slight butteriness, and blueberry, the bouquet is very Pinot Gris in character. It is zesty on the palate with a fine acidity. It is nuanced yet very straightforward. and is in a Francophile style, and powerful but not alcoholic, with a lovely elegance.
