Strong straw yellow with a radiant lustre. The nose is initially closed, with air tropical flavours of vanilla, pineapple and passion fruit, followed by herbs. Phenolic on the palate, interplay of mellowness, fruit and minerality - subtle and elegant through to a long-lasting finish.
