Rich straw yellow with nuances of silver. An expressive nose, with some vanilla yogurt, ripe yellow apple, banana and white pepper. Ripe and juicy on the palate, it's a tension-filled and intoxicating drinking flow - initially fruit, then some sea salt and dried herbs, all the way to the long finish.
