Tasting Notes
Bright, pale straw yellow. Delicate lactic tones on the nose, which disappear after a little aeration, then elegant wood, fine creamy aromas and yellow fruit paired with light savouriness: inviting. Clear and polished on the palate, with a beautiful arc of aromas. Shows a cool fruit core, with tension and salt and a precise, clear finish.
