Still quite pale coloured with green nuances. Complex aroma with fine botrytis, floral tones, roast jus, pomegranate, curry, silky and creamy in the mouth, gentle onset and then with slowly increasing acidity, remains delicate throughout the palate, date aromas on the finish. Powerful yet subtle selection.
