Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby colour, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim brightening. Hints of wood, vanilla, cardamom, dark nougat, with black berry confit. Very powerful, savoury, black cherry, vivid tannins, some bitter chocolate on the finish, mineral-salty, sweet aftertaste, will benefit from further ageing in the bottle.
