The red wine Eisenberg DAC Reserve Ried Szapary, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Jalits has been rated in 2021 by Peter Moser with 93 - 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Blaufränkisch from the region Eisenberg in Austria.
Deep dark ruby with purple reflections and a delicate brightening of the rim. The bouquet is inviting revealing aromas of plums and ripe cherries, subtle nougat and a hint of meadow herbs. Juicy, elegant with a fine structure and saline edge, hints of blackberries and with wild strawberries on the finish, long and lasting in the mouth - a versatile food wine.
