Tasting Notes
Dark ruby-garnet colour, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim brightening. Delicate flavours of cranberries and nougat, fine hints of precious wood, dark forest berries, a hint of orange zest. Complex, taut, nuances of red berries, elegant and with ripe tannins, salty in the aftertaste, a fresh food wine with good development and certain ageing potential.

On the nose, delicate herbal spices with ripe plum, dark cherry, fresh orange peel and a touch of minerality. The palate is firm and crunchy with fine tannins, red cherry fruit and prominent mineral notes which continue onto the saline finish which is refreshing and persistent. Has the potential for ageing.
