On the palate, the wine has a full-bodied structure, fine phenolics give texture to the supple base, the acidity is ripe and works very well with the body, in the background you can perceive the delicate mineral tones of the site. The finish is aromatic, floral and has good length. A complete, mineral-spiced Pinot Gris for medium maturation (2-5 years).
