According to the label an "Orange Wine" and must be shaken! Moderate cloudiness. Smoky aroma, notes of iodine and apple peel. In the mouth, the wine has a lot of carbonic acid and a rather subtle phenolics, but a lot of sweetness! Only corresponds to a very limited extent to what you would expect from an "orange wine".
