The white wine Westhofen Chardonnay, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut J.G. Orb has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Fragrant and slightly perfumed nose with apricot, apple, Nashi pear, lychee, tangerine and orange zest, also dried herbs. On the palate it shows with a ripe, playful acidity, juicy and full-bodied in a slender, clearly defined contour. Apart from tart apple and tangerine, some white pepper, fine minerality, medium length, fine style.
