A restrained aroma of white flowers can be smelled. There is also a subtle yeasty note. Very clear and animating on the palate, lots of juiciness and freshness. The mid-palate is also well structured with plenty of yellow-fleshed fruit. The perfectly integrated acidity carries through to the finish.
