Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow. Delicate marzipan on the nose, some cherry, a hint of coconut, a hint of nougat, some caramel, a fine touch of wood, but also characterized by the shell limestone. Clearly dominated by the barrique on the palate, powerful, lingers well, some pear fruit, the varietal character has receded somewhat into the background, now beginning to transform aromatically, good further development potential.
