Tasting Notes

Tasting from 27.04.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Aromas of honey candy, Charentais melon and yeasty notes on the nose. On the palate, the wine reveals medium weight, both sweetness and acidity are quite vivid, the palate flavours congruent with the aroma, rather restrained in their intensity, allow the wine to finish harmoniously with medium length.
