Tasting from 20.02.2026: Ulrich Sautter

The aroma is still very fermentation aromatic, with dominant aromas of ice candy and banana. After some time in the glass, aromas of pear and almost ripe blueberry also emerge. On the palate, the varietal type shows itself with good fullness, with exciting (also CO2-supported) freshness, with nutty and berry aromas. A powerful, but not broad wine with good culinary suitability.
