Tasting from 23.04.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Slate-influenced aroma, almost exclusively savoury and hardly fruity. Just as mineral on the palate: in view of the powerful mineral extract, both sweetness and acidity remain in the background. A Kabinett straight out of a picture book that is a joy to drink now and will delight in five years' time.
