Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Some mint, a little menthol, slate savouriness at first taste, then ripe and golden stone fruit such as apricot and peach, also passionfruit. Shows the richness of a Spätlese on the palate, but still remains stylistically close to the Kabinett ideal. Precise acidity. Mineral-toned, with depth and a spicy finish.
