Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, violet reflections. Delicately spicy nose, characterized by clear blackberry fruit, delicate hint of eucalyptus, vanilla, incense, ethereal and mineral notes, very suggestive bouquet. Powerful on the palate, extract-sweet, peppery nuances, highly elegant matter, melting tannins, fine acid structure, dark chocolate notes in the finish, dark berries in the aftertaste, already very drinkable, has the shell limestone par excellence in its character. Huge ageing potential.
