Tasting Notes
Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections, and subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, a fresh and inviting bouquet with aromas of blackberry confit underpinned with herbs, and hints of cassis and liquorice. The juicy palate is tightly meshed with a balanced structure, persistent, with well-integrated tannins, a versatile food wine with ageing potential.
