Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby colour, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. Dark berry fruit underlaid with fine exotic spices, fine nougat, cassis, balsamic nuances. Juicy, complex, pronounced fruit texture, ripe cherry fruit, firm tannins, shows a very good length, chocolaty finish. It is a finely spiced and powerful food wine.
