An opulent nose of wild berries, dark cherries, cranberries and bay leaf on the nose, with some smoke. Fine, rich tannins on the palate mix with sour cherries, blackberries and thyme, all supported by a lively acidity. Has a lot of power and juice, and will mature beautifully.
