More about the tastingInitially apple is the theme on the nose with peel and fruit, also some cider and herbal notes, caraway seed, chalk, some peach and red fruit. The antipode to Württemberger Klassik, compact and with lots of tension, tightly woven structure, nice salty minerality, fine lime, the phenolics are quite big. Good length.
