Tasting Notes
A clear and fruity aroma; blueberry and "marron glacé". Juicy in the mouth, fresh, full of tension, a little carbon dioxide, but also clear chalky-mineral notes with a tactile component, a purist, terroir-influenced Pinot Gris Grauburgunder, very stylish!
