Subtle and dense aroma, vineyard peach, white flowers, lemon zest, smoke and herbal savouriness. Delicate on the palate, with tension, straightforward and yet relaxed and calm, supple base with good extract, firm acid structure and lots of mineral flavour, long, elegant.
