Tasting Notes
Complex and intense aroma, cherry, herbs, blood, oak spiciness, menthol hints, mint, incense and juniper. On the palate dense and at the same time supple structure, rather mild acidity, in the midpalate finely grained tannins which then grip quite firmly on the finish. It is a multi-layered Burgundian, especially aromatically which is very highly endowed, with substance and ageing potential.
