The red wine »+++« Hallgarten Pinot Noir, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Kaufmann has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Darjeeling, raspberry, some beeswax and also a slight ester note. On the palate, the wine is juicy and elegant, then develops a powerful tannin, which in turn develops into subtle tactile and mineral tones. A finely extracted wine with a clear stylistic idea.
