The red wine Grand Cuvée, vintage 2009 from the winery Weingut Keringer has been rated in 2011 with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Ráthay, Zweigelt from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, subtle watery rim. Sweet spicy aromas of vanilla, cinnamon and cardamom, underlaid with ripe plum fruit. Juicy and sweet, well-integrated tannins, dark berry confit, wood spice in the finish, very powerful, caramelized orange touch in the aftertaste.
