The red wine Grande Cuvée, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Keringer has been rated in 2019 by Peter Moser with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Zweigelt, Ráthay from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Deep ruby garnet colour, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Notes of dark berry confit with subtle roasted aromas in the background, some nougat, delicate tobacco savouriness, and an attractive bouquet. Juicy, fine tannin structure, a hint of spices, cassis on the finish, wood savouriness in the aftertaste, already approachable.
