Tasting from 13.09.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Very floral aroma: with rose and bread crust notes. Quite clear and precise. On the palate it is intense but not pungent, the crisp acidity lifting rather than clashing with the rich sweetness. An incredibly elegant, almost invigorating ice wine with mineral undertones.
