Dark ruby red in colour. Elderberry, wild raspberry and sloe in the fruity-spicy aroma, also tomato panicle, floral notes, light smoke, peppery. Powerful and compactly built on the palate with grippy tannin in medium quantity and a finely chiseled acidity, fine distinctive tartness, the elegantly built extract provides thrust, sloe, elderberry, which also show in the long, fruity-peppery finish.
