On the nose, aromas of yeast and honeydew melon, a rather rich example of the grape variety, that nevertheless radiates freshness. The palate is powerful with very well-integrated acidity, combining texture and juiciness. The impact of the volcano is definitely noticeable, but is not too overpowering.
