The red wine »Sagenhaft« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Knöll & Vogel has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Spätburgunder, Cabernet Mitos from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
On the nose, one finds aromas of chocolate and spicy savouriness, as well as those of tomato leaf and bell pepper. The palate starts soft, flanking the mellow tannins with some sweetness, the finish puts the juicy fruit in the foreground along with a fine acidity.
