Golden yellow in colour. Aroma of quince, roasted hazelnut and apple skin, herbal savouriness, fine oxidation. Ripe acidity on the palate, juicy, grippy phenolics, apple peel and quince again, firm core, finely characterised by the deliberate oxidation, powerful finish.
