Fine oak savouriness, light caramel, ripe apple, dried herbs, some hay, maple cordial. On the palate it shows with attractive acidity, also soft elements, ripe phenolics, apple, Mirabelle plums and bergamot, despite slender stature there is good substance, gastronomic thought.
