The red wine »Loup Rouge« trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Köster-Wolf has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, St. Laurent, Dornfelder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Fruit and savouriness combined in the nose: light and dark berries, plum, Amarena cherry, ink, cinnamon, clove and pepper. Juicy palate with clear fruit interspersed with fine savouriness and subtle sweetness. Velvety tannins, lively and well-integrated acidity. Harmonious and open-hearted.
