The red wine »Johann Jakob« Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Krebs has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 - 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Baden in Germany.
On the nose: wild berries, elderberry, juniper: ethereal-"cool", but without vegetal tones. In the mouth, the wine has good volume, a homogeneous course, it is mineral-based with ripe tannins. Balance and length are excellent, an exceptionally balanced 2021!
