Tasting Notes
Bright ruby, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Floral, nuances of liquorice, delicate wild berry confit, fresh orange zest, notes of herbs and blackberry in the background. Complex, red berry confit, vivid, still somewhat demanding tannins, dark minerality, taut and salty finish, still needs more bottle ageing.
