Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby in colour with purple reflections, and subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, an inviting bouquet of plum and black cherry, some candied mandarin zest, nougat, and a hint of liquorice. The juicy palate is firm and fresh with fine acidity and well-integrated tannins, harmonious with red berry notes and a saline finish. A multi-layered food wine with the potential for ageing.
