Light, green yellow colour. Restrained, very clear and finely fruity, concentrated bouquet of quiet grandeur, light citrus shimmer, quince flavours, and deep minerality. Voluminous on the palate, with fine-bred elegance and salty purism, lots of interplay and finesse, nothing pushes forward, everything flows sublimely and leaves behind a purist, salty flavour of fine, perfectly ripe, wonderfully finely concentrated fruit. Powerful, but quiet. And round.
